Can I get Oracle client software for Windows 8 ?

 We need Oracle Client software to provide ODBC/Sqlplus application running on Windows 8 (32 bit/64 bit) platform. Did oracle release the new version recently to support Windows 8 Operating system. Thanks for your help.
