IEX_DUNNING_TRANSACTIONS

Hi All,

         Can anybody thorugh light on how to populate the table IEX_DUNNING_TRANSACTIONS in 12.1.3 environment. Is it a mandatory table to be populated or just optional? Any setting to enable this table population? Is it just a linking table for dunning to transactions to show transaction come under this dunning letter? Is it related to Staged dunning?
