SAIMPTLOGTDUP_UPD batch updates tdup file of all stores

Hi,

I have deleted a particular store/day and ran saimptlogtdup_upd batch it has updated all the tdup files of all stores .Ideally it should delete the transactions of the deleted store day and also it inserted different store transactions in another store tdup file.I want to know the reason for this issue.
