Escalations not populated to universal work queue

Hi,

I have a number of escalations that has gone as workflow items to one of the Supervisors's, but when the Supervisor logs on she does not see these items listed on the node 'Escalations' on her Universal Work Queue'.

What could be causing this? any help would be appreciated.
