sqr error 6002

Hi ,

getting the error while running the customized sqr in PRD. we can't bounce the prcs as its prd and we have alreday tried with changed run control id no success.

when running a customized sqr report below error occurs:-
SQR 6002 cannot open the printer file: /outbound/1200216_IND01_PF_IND-1213-0010820.spf
(2) : No such file or directory

SQR for peoplesoft : Program Aborting
End-of-file

in SCHDLR_0325.LOG
PSPRCSRV.4911 (0) [03/25/13 00:13:33](1) =================================Error===============================
PSPRCSRV.4911 (0) [03/25/13 00:13:33](3)    Updating process instance's status to Error.

In PIA process monitor log :-

Process Request shows status of 'INITIATED' or 'PROCESSING' but no longer running

Any help will be appreciated.
