After upgrade to PT8.52.14, the new AJAX menu is not enabled. The menu still looks like old 8.48

Hi, we upgraded from PT 8.48 to PT 8.52.14. After upgrade to PT8.52.14, the new AJAX menu is not enabled. The menu still looks like old 8.48. Are we missing any settings here. This is a demo database so there were no customizations to peopletools.
