Look and Field after upgrade

Hi Gurus,

We are performing upgrade from FSCM 8.9 to 9.1. This is the 2nd MTP. After the upgrade strangely, we don't see the new look and field in the front page. Its retainaing the old 8.9 look and field. None of my process failed. Does anyone have any idea, if I have missed anything or which script to look at?
