What Is The Best Prcatice For Upgrading PeopleSoft Queries?

What Is The Best Prcatice For Upgrading PeopleSoft Queries?  We are upgrading from PS 8.8 to PS 9.1.  I have been given the task of upgrading the Queries.  We have over 3700 Queries.  How do I approach this.  Is there a way of getting a list of the table structure changes from 8.8 to 9.1?
