Information on 10gig XAUI card for Sparc T3

Getting 10gig in the datacenter and my IT dept needs some info on my setup for 10gig. Currently have a SPARC T3-1 and need some information on the 10gig XAUI card(pn: SESX7XA1Z) such as what sort of chipset is it using? Would there be any issues using this card with other intel based 10gig cards?
