Data archival of peoplesoft system

Hi,

We are planning for data archival for the PS modules, do you have any document related to ps archival manager (we are on tools 8.52).

What we am mainly looking for is:

  1. Difference between Data archival manager in PT> Utilities and compress Project data in Project Costing > Utility for the record proj_resource.
  2. we are in tools 8.52. what are the changes made to the archival manager in the higher tools version (8.53)
  3. if anyone have implemented data archival for all modules kindly share the details on how that was achieved? as we can use the same model.
  4. if there is any other easy and reliable way to archive the data in peoplesoft.
