Connect to sql server via db link

Hi:

I followed the documents:

How to Configure DG4MSQL (Database Gateway for MS SQL Server) on a 64bit Windows post install [ID 1086365.1]

How to Configure DG4ODBC on 64bit Unix OS (Linux, Solaris, AIX, HP-UX Itanium) to Connect to Non-Oracle Databases Post Install (Doc ID 561033.1)

Per suggestions, I installed oracle gateway into a separate oracle home and setup its own listener.  After completing the setup I can successfully tnsping the sql server db.

The database link which is installed in the database is all under the oracle home of the database not the gateway oracle home.

When I try to select from the db link I get :
