http error when invoking a webservice through Integration Broker. PTools 8.52.03

Can anyone help with an error when attempting an external, synchronous webService call from Peoplesoft to ECM 11.1.1.6.0. It's using usernameToken security, which is enabled by default on the ECM side.

I've double checked my configuration... as far as I know, for the Integration Broker, Node setup and my Gateway is active. I'm not a real Peoplesoft expert, but have done some AXF Integrations a few times(there may be some Peoplesoft setups I don't know about, but I've been successful in AXF integrations numerous times).

Log files reveal a few interesting messages, but I can't seem to find the resolution anywhere:
