how to reverse cenvat claim

Sir

We have made one GRN against which Cenvat has been claimed. While making the return, create debit memo was unchecked. It is line no 2.

We have added another line in the same GRN with the same item code and delivered Which is line no 3. Now we need to make RTV. If we try to make RTV ,Receiving Transaction Processor trhouging error, Cenvat has not been claimed against line no 3.

How to reverse cenvat claimed against line 2 . So that we can claim cenvat against line no 3 and RTV can be generated.
