Changing Local Gateway and Service Target Location

Hello Community,

We recently switched our Dev and Test environments to a new Integration Gateway. I updated the system's Local Gateway and Service Target locations, however some of the wsdl's still show the old address under <soap:address location= />

- <wsdl:port binding="tns:XX_XXX_XX_Binding" name="XX_XXX_XX_Port">

  <soap:address location=http://OldAddress.edu/PSIGW/PeopleSoftServiceListeningConnector/NODE/>

  </wsdl:port>

I'm trying to determine why some of the wsdl's are updating with the proper target location, but others aren't. This is happening on multiple systems and i've tried clearing appserver cache. I've double checked the target location from the database table PSIBSVCSETUP. Does anyone have any ideas?
