Problem with migration DB (SSO and IdM repository database)

 How to migrate SSO and IdM repository from IBM AIX (version 5.2)  to Linux (Oracle EL). Version of database on AIX is 10.2.0.4 and on Linux option is same or higher version.

Also need a recommendation for migration/upgrade midlware IdM and SSO.
