IEX Work item in SKIP status
I am testing the assignment of work items in my strategy. The first work item is an automated reminder letter to all customers that are overdue. The strategy has assigned the work item correctly. There is no pre-wait or post wait time on this work item. The second work item is a phone call which should be opened immediately on the closure of the automated letter.
There are 21 expected customers for which this should have happened. On closer inspection I saw that only 10 of the customers were sent there automated letters. For 9 of the other customers the letters were not sent and the status was set to skip. For the other 2 customer the letters were not sent and status remains open.
