PeopleSoft Mobile applications

I'm trying to find more info on PeopleSoft mobile applications and have a few questions:


1.  Oracle has certified Safari on the iPad and Google Chrome.  Are there any experiences out there with mobile deployment to BlackBerry or Windows Mobile?

2.  For the PeopleTools based mobile technology, it is my assumption that these mobile pages can be accessed and customized using the Application Designer.  If this assumption is valid, it would follow that other mobile pages and functionality could be created (bolt-on) using app designer.  Can anyone confirm this?

3.  Oracle has indicated that mobile applications can only be accessed over Wi-Fi.  Is there any experience with this?   Is this still valid?  This seems counter-intuitive to the mobile environment, especially when considering delivered functionality like Mobile Expenses where users can enter expenses at point-of-spend.
