"Main Menu" not visible after applying HCM 9.1 bundles 9 & 10

Hello !

Im recently applied HCM 9.1 Bundles 9 & 10, and EC bundles 4-7. After that, whenever an existing user or a new user is loggin in, then the user is presented with "Top Menu Features Description" pagelete, instead of the "Main Menu" pagelet. However, in the backup environment (without bundles 9 & 10, and without EC bundles 4-7), the existing & new users are presented only with "Main Menu" as configured.

Can someone suggest which step in CA would have changed this ? I also opened an SR with Support, but no breakthru.
