Maintenance Schedule for Tools releases?

 I know that a lot of patches for Tools are security related and hence go out whenever they are ready, but is there somewhere that indicates the plan for the next dot point releases for PeopleTools, for planning purposes?  Is there such a plan, or is it all reactive not proactive? Does anyone know?
