SAP UM 9.1.2.5: Password propagation on SAP not works

i have configured the SAP connector 9.1.2.5 and tested the reconciliation and the provisioning on SAP ECC: all is working fine.

But after a user is provisioned on SAP, if i change the user's password in OIM this new password is not propagated in SAP ECC and no error is shown into the log.

What i miss into the connector configuration ?
