3205: XXXXXX is not a valid role or user name

Hi There,

I have two customers that are linked to the same collector, NDHLOVU_CO. In testing the strategies, work item 1 is an automated letter, but for these two customers it does not send out a letter. The work item remains open.

On close inspection of the Workflow I have picked that for these customers the following error is produced: APP-IEX-240328: Workflow for strategy xxxxx is in ACTIVE status. The error is 3205: NDHLOV_C is not a valid role or user name.

Now when I look at the customer account it is linked to collector  CALPURNIA. The collector is linked to the correct hr record that shows the correct and new e-mail address. The new user name is NDHLOVU_CO. The old user name NDHLOV_C is no longer found in fnd_user as it is no longer existant.
