Tuxedo Error when booting the Application Domain, Please help

Dear Experts, 

   I am getting the below Tuxedo error when I am trying to Boot an application Domain,. 

tmboot: internal error: CMDTUX_CAT:1098: ERROR: Can't create queue

TMADMIN_CAT:1295: ERROR: Failure return from tmboot - 0x1, errno 2.

   This application domain is running for a longer time with no issues,  To resolve some issues(the portal structure  suddenly got distorted) , I planned to bounce the domain & clear the cache. After I shutdown the domain and started to boot it, it was failing with the above error. The server has 3 domians and we always have 3 domians running in the same server. 

   After I shutdown the domain I presses no 10(Clean IPC resources of this domain) in psadmin utility
