Universal Work Queue - Adding Work Type

I selected Collector Agent  Responbility. Selected and double cliked on Collectors Work Que that open up the two frame format that displays nodes and their work item.  I am currently have the following work types:

Delinquent Customers, Broke Promises, Strategy Work Items and My Task. 

How can I add more Work Type  in my collector's work queue?
