(ReSA)TRAN_OUT_BAL error. Roundings/ thresholds functionality

Hello, 

after uploading rtlogs I have error TRAN_OUT_BAL.
For some sales we will always have discrepancy  between sale and tender,  e.g : 

S: 00000000000000700300 T: 00000000000000700000

S: 00000000000000199600 T: 00000000000000200000

Could anybody please explain me how I can avoid this error and use roundings/ thresholds functionality in ReSA if it possible.
