WF_NOTIFICATION_ATTRIBUTES - Repeating components occuring within stored text_value??

 

SQL := select * from wf_notification_attributes where text_value like 'http%';

What causes the text_value to look like this for certain notification attributes ? The URL stored is unusable in its listed state but we haven't had any reported issues from our customers.
