[My Oracle Support Upgrade]: Service Request Chat Capability

Hi All,
One other feature that has been added with the recent My Oracle Support Upgrade is the Service Request Chat Capabilities. With this feature, Support engineers has the ability to instantly chat online with customers regarding their Service Request. This is a first step for Oracle Support in utilizing social technologies in our Support solutions, which we plan to enhance in future releases.
