Process Request shows status of 'INITIATED' or 'PROCESSING' but no longer running

Hi Guys,

Iam facing one issue with FS_JGEN Application program, following is the Error message "Process Request shows status of 'INITIATED' or 'PROCESSING' but no longer running". Thing is ssue does't occur regurlaly and there is no definite pattern .when we restart the process again it processes the data and goes to success.

Any help/suggestion would be greatly Appreciatied.
