CS9 PTools 8.53 - Weird graphics with Firefox on Student Services Ctr and FA Pages

We are in the QNA testing phase for our CSS V9.0 PeopleTools Upgrade from 8.51 to 8.53.  We are currently testing in the CS9QNA environment and noticed some weird graphics with the new PTools 8.53 and Firefox 17.0.1. 

1)  Main Menu > Campus Community > Student Services Ctr (Student), noticed that the Return to Search and Notify buttons are overlapping.

2) Main Menu > Financial Aid > Awards > Award Processing > Assign Awards to a Student    noticed that Nbr, Action, Offered, Accepted, Disb Plaan and Split Code columns are wider columns under Firefox but not under IE.  This causes the Description column to be much smaller and the data has to wrap across 3 or 4 lines.
