Need to understand how to compare data between plans and collections
I am not sure which community to choose from the available list in the dropdown. Would appreciate if somone could move it to the appropriate group.
The issue is we have separate instances for ASCP and OLTP. We have come across missing data when collected data is loaded in ASCP into our plans. Whenever a user complains of missing data, we raise an SR to understand why did the data fail to come over to ASCP after being collected. However, I need to understand how to compare the collected data and the data in the Plans to identify any missing data.
