India - Mass Tax Recalculation functionality

Hi,

I would like to update the tax category for BPA's using India - Mass Tax Recalculation concurrent program. But already some Blanket Releases has been released against to same BPA.

If i run the India - Mass Tax Recalculation concurrent program then, whether the  system will update for open BPA else for closed BPA. so please let me know the exact functionality of this concurrent program.

I couldn't to able to test due to concurrent program having bug in our instance.
