Question on SSO for EBS R12 regarding the OID & OVD

Oracle SSO Guru:

 We are Oracle EBS R12(12.1.3) and trying to enable our EBS  for Single Sign On through Oracle's OAM, OID & OVD and have the following questions:

 

1-      Did anyone integrate EBS R12 with OAM(10.4.3) successfully while using OVD as the user store which points to Active Directory instead of going against OID as the user store?

 

2-      Is it possible to use OVD mapping functionality to create mapping for the GUID to some other unique attribute within the company?

 

3-      Will this work if we don't use the self-registration functionality of EBS. What are the challenges? 

 

I appreciate your response, thoughts and feedbacks regarding above questions.
