PS92/ PT 853 : Crystal download

Hello

We have been using Crystal for long time. We want to use crystal along with PS 92. Unfortunatley now Oracle / PeopleSoft does not provide crystal software and expecting customers directly get it from SAP. I have never interacted with SAP

Questions:

1. Do we need to buy new or upgrade license from SAP?

2. Is there a procedure listed for how to go about getting crystal software? Hopefully some of you already looked into this issue.
