As part of your Oracle Premier Support benefits we have a Customer Outreach program for PeopleSoft customers. The PeopleSoft Customer Outreach program is designed to help PeopleSoft customers identify and take advantage of proactive solutions based on best practices and proactive capabilities that address their specific business needs. 

The Customer Outreach program delivers Proactive training sessions for customers on PeopleSoft’s proactive capabilities, tools and resources, and at no cost to you. These sessions are delivered by the PeopleSoft Proactive Support Delivery team that designs much of the proactive resources and tools you will learn about in the sessions.
