Undo SSL

I am not sure if this question is worded properly.

I would like to know if it is possible to change from an SSL to a non-SSL.

I tried to implement SSL on our test server. So I generated a Keystore file. Unfortunately, now my PT Framework is not working.

I would like to undo what ever this process did and go back to having my PTF work.

I am receiving a TCP error code 10061: .... because the target machine is actively refusing it.

Is there any way to undo this?

Would I need to reinstall Weblogic? Build a new service?
