Moving a nGZ changing the NIS Master IP address

Hi all.We have a weird configuration. Basically one old software is using NIS+ master (on the same server)  and it is nis client itself as well. 
We need to move the nGZ to another server and location so we need to change the IP address of the server so the NIS+ master.


Now the question is...do we need to reinstall the NIS Master on the new location or is there another 'easy' way to do so?
