Workflow not re-triggering...

  Hi 

Hoping that somone will be able to assist me with this issue...Scenario (we are on ver9.0):

1) ReqA is created for $5 (with contract id), budget check (valid) then click button - save & submit...this gets properly routed (two(2) approvers)

a. If ReqA is modified to $5,000 (with contract id...considered a linechange), budget check(valid) then click button - save & submit.... the workflow re-triggers and new approval path gets properly re-routed (Four(4) approvers)

- If ReqA is modified to $500,000 (with contract id), budget check(valid) then click button - save & submit.... the workflow re-triggers and new approval path gets properly re-routed (Five(5) approvers)
