PeopleTools Upgrade from 8.51 to 8.52

  Dear Experts, 

   We are campus solutions Shop with CS 9 & PeopleTools 8.51 on Windows 2008 R2. We are on Tuxedo version 10 * Weblogic 10.3 with Oracle 11.2.0.2. 

   We have plans to upgrade our PeopleTools to either 8.52 or 8.53. Could some please let me know, 

   1. When is 8.53 released by oracle? 
   2. What benefits do we have moving to 8.53 not 8.52. 
   3. Any other information you guys think useful will be helpful to us as I am investigating the certification matrix for further details.
