Solaris 10 non global zone networking problem

hello,
I have a solaris 10 u4 machine (SunOS 5.10 Generic_137111-05 sun4u sparc SUNW,Netra-240) with one non global zone installed.
The system has 4 bge interfaces organized in two separate IPMP groups (bge0, bge2 - Production group, bge1, bge3 - Management group).
The Non global zone has an IP from the Management LAN and it is assigned to bge3:
net:
    address: 192.168.27.42/27
    physical: bge3

The problem is: when I simply ping from the non global zone a host on the network (it does not mater if it is on the same LAN or not) then it gives me the answer "host is alive" immediately, but if I do ping -s  then I does not display anything for about 161 seconds when it will display all the lines (answers). In the meantime if I'm snooping in the global zone, I can see the responses arriving for the ping, so it looks like something between the global zone and the non global zone would kepp the

Howdy, Stranger!
