Upgrading DEMO from Tools 8.52 to 8.53 CA step 4.6 errors with Unable to open INPUT: MSGTLENG.DAT. The file is in the staging folder and config manager input points to HOME\data.

Resolved: 

config manager input path changed to c:\home\data instead for \\servername\home\data
