speific user is not receiving email (to approve expense reports)
Hi Team,
A specific user is not receiving email notifications (for expense reports).
I changed the email notification preference to 'HTML with attachments' and submitted the program 'WF Synchronize local tables'.
Cross-checked in the tables as well viz: FND_USER_PREFERENCES, WF_USERS, WF_LOCAL_ROLES. The email notification prefrence was updated.
In the wf_notifications table, checked for a expense report and I could see status 'SENT'. Whcih eventullay says, the email has sent. But the user says, he is not receving any emails.
Instance: 11.5.9. Tried couple of metalink note id's, but unfortunately no luck.
Any inputs will be helpful.
