Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. How to exclude disputed transactions from dunning

Hi,

Can you please let me know how to exclude the disputed transactions from the dunning plan?

We are using the staged dunning

And also we are not licensed for Advanced Collections, so only using the basic functioanlity
