N Vision issue in PeopleTools releise ver 8.52.14

Hi Friends

Recently we have done a Tools upgrade from 8.50 to 8.52, and encountering some issues in running N-Vision reports. It looks like a bug in Tools release. I know a good no of customers are already done the Tools upgrade into 8.52. I did found any reference of this issue in Oracle support portal. But I am wondering how come nobody has reported this potential issue before.

We have work around but no permanent Fix.

I am attaching docs for issue details and replication steps.

I will appreciate if anybody has any reference/ input for this issue in their experience.
