Unable to Search when Querying through Address Line 4 in Customer Search form

Hi Team,

When ever I am trying to Query through Address Line 4 in Customer Search form, I am unable to see the output for few. I am receiving an error when ever I am able to replicate the issue:

APP-IEX-240445: Query caused no records to be retrieved

Navigation: Collections Agent>Search> customer by: Organization, Query by Address Line 4 and we receive the error.We are implementing the module and are nearing our UAT (need to be resolved ASAP).

When Queried at the Customer site level, I could see the Address Line 4 available.
