Single Staged Dunning

Hi,

Could someone please explain, how the single staged dunning work in R12?

Does the IEX: Send Dunnings for Delinquent Customers program automatically identifies the template attached to the highest dunning level and show the transactions ?

Do we need to look at the dunnin levels when we are building the templates ?
