Cannot Load Gateway Connectors after securing Gateway

Hi,

I created a secure gateway for my IB traffic.  The certificated loaded sucessfully and I am able to ping the gateway and I can access the gateway.properties file  However,  when I attempt to load  I recieved the following message:

Intergration Gateway - External System Contact Error  (158,10721)

Integration Gateway was not able to contact the external system.  The network location specified may be incorrect, or the site is permanently or temporarily down. 

I've applied all certs both to my web and root cert to digital cert db.  Please advise if you have experience this issue before.
