Modal page error

We are on HCM 9.1 and recently upgraded from PT 8.50 to 8.52.  After the upgrade, an error would pop up intermittently on any of the Job Data component tabs regardless of what the user is doing.  Sometimes, even if the user is just navigating to one of the pages, the error pops up.  When the user clicks ok, it goes away and does not prevent the user from saving the page.  Here is the actual error message:

FATAL ERROR - Modal window is gone, but the reference is there.

We tested this in demo and our test environment and have not been able to recreate the issue.  If anyone has encountered this issue, please let me know how it was resolved,  Thanks.
