Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Cause

Extract from the WFJavaMailerSetupXXX_diag.txt

'Concurrent:GSM Enabled = "N" ERROR - GSM is not enabled'

Profile Option "Concurrent:GSM Enabled" must be set to 'Y' for Workflow to be functional.

Solution

To implement the solution, please execute the following steps:

1. Set "Concurrent:GSM Enabled" profile option to 'Y'
2. Start Workflow service components, Agent Listeners and Workflow Mailer
