IPMP Network Failover and Outbound Load Spreading

Hi,
I've spend almost a week now trying to find steps of configuration load spreading using IPMP.

I'm running Solaris 10 on a SUN Fire V880. I've used the linked aggregation on my SUN M4000, and it was straight forward, i managed to accomplish thi s with ease. Now Link aggregation is not supported on my current machine setup (ce0, etc), so i was advised to use IPMP. 

I managed to setup a Network failover and tested, it's working fine. And now, i need to setup Load Spreading between my 2 NICs (1 IP) but i can't find any blow-for-blow steps or alternatives to do this.
