AME - Create Transaction Type Button Not visible in Bussiness Analyst Home page

Hi All,

  We are not able to create and view the Transaction Types since the Create Transaction Type Button is not visible in in the Approval Management Bussiness Analyst Responsibility.We have provided the user with all the User roles and grant required to access the AME.is their any way to enable the create button ??
