pscbo_stats.sync_stats_control_table

 Attempting to install pscbo_stats on an 11.2.0.2 database with people tools 8.51 against a financials install.Using the 11.4.5.5 version of pscbo_stats and I'm not sure if the install is proceeding along or not as it's been sitting

on the execution of pscbo_stats.sync_stats_control_table for a few hours now.

What I have in my pscbo_log table is:

and zero row count in pscbo_stats_control.  Is this normal behavior and if so,  how long can I expect sync_stats_control_table to run?
